The Aquaculture Research and Education Centre (CEFRA) of the University of Liège is located in Tihange (Belgium). Research focuses on temperate and tropical freshwater fish biology. The CEFRA has developed various skills covering fish production, reproduction biology, bioenergetics, genetics and nutrition, supporting academic and practical training, fundamental research and R & D, development cooperation and technical expertise.
